In der jüngsten Welle der deutsch-europäischen Krise und des Krieg gegen Flüchtlinge organisieren sich Flüchtlinge und erheben ihre Stimme gegen die Zustände in der Erstaufnahmeeinrichtung in Suhl (siehe Bericht unten).

In the recent wave of the German-European crisis and war on refugees, refugees are organising and have been raising their voices against the living conditions in the central refugee reception camp in Suhl (see report below).

-Introduction: what is The VOICE Refugee Forum; more then 20 years of activitivism.
-The influence of Germany on refugee rights in Europe "deportation, dublin agreement,isolation from the society..."
-New asylum laws VS civil desobedience.
-NGO's, welcome structures "VS or With" refugee comunity and grassroot mouvement.
-Our responsability as refugees to empower and to promote the refugee comunity mouvement.

I fled from the Syria massacre to escape to Turkey. After I decided to move to Germany with my family. I do not have a large family, only my wife and my kitten. We got to take a very dangerous trip. We were so lucky to survive from drowning in the Aegean sea between Turkey and Greece. Then, we spent days and days walking or being transferred by buses or trains from Greece to the German borders. We passed 6 countries, one by one, Turkey, Greece, Macedonia, Serbia, Hungary and Austria perceptively before reaching Germany in the end.

Flüchtlingsbewegung Sachsen Anhalt: Statement of Solidarity on the Case of an African Refugee killed in Dessau (Oury Jalloh)

"Ohne uns gibt es keine Veränderungen" Geflüchtete aus Baden-Württemberg und Rex Osa von Voice Refugee Forum über die Situation von Geflüchteten und Widerstandsstrategien

Was sind die Probleme von Geflüchteten? Was nehmen sie im deutschen Asylrecht selbst als am stärksten einschränkend, in ihre Menschenwürde eingreifend war? Und was wären für sie Ansatzpunkte und Strategien, dagegen Vorzugehen? Zu diesen Fragen fand am Freitag Abend im Grethergelände eine Diskussionsveranstaltung statt. Zunächst sprachen einige Geflüchtete aus Freiburg und Stuttgart über ihre aktuellen Erfahrungen.

Oktober 2015 ruft die Initiative in Gedenken an Oury Jalloh einmal mehr zu einer Pressekonferenz auf, um die bisherigen Befunde den Fall Oury Jalloh betreffend zu veröffentlichen und um erneut zu verlangen, dass der Fall als Mordfall behandelt wird und gründlich und vollständig untersucht wird.

The brutal killing of Oury Jalloh shows the extent of insecurity and administrative abuse that African Refugee Communities confronts in Germany. Its shock and trauma exists till the present time in the memory of African Refugee Communities, etc. Despite the fact that various efforts have been made to find out the truth and those that committed the crime but no concrete result is given.

Aufgrund intensiver Nachfragen der Presse zu den neuen Erkenntnissen internationaler Gutachter aus der dokumentierten Aktenlage polizeilicher, staatsanwaltschaftlicher und gerichtlicher Ermittlungen, möchten wir auf die Aussagen des Herrn Prof. em. Peter Iten (Ex-Cheftoxikolge des Züricher Instituts für Rechtsmedizin http://www.blick.ch/news/schweiz/neue-serie-ex-cheftoxikologe-peter-iten...) hinweisen, der im aktuellen Monitor-Beitrag des WDR vom 15.10.2015 ab laufende Spielminute 5:25 („…Die Dessauer Staatsanwaltschaft gerät unter Druck…“ff) folgende Aussagen trifft:

• „Es muss ja ganz schnell brennen dann, sonst stimmt die Toxikologie dann nicht mehr mit dem Ablauf überein.“
• „Dann würde eine Fremdhandlung eigentlich ein solches Bild schon lückenlos erklären können.“

Am Dienstag, den 13.Oktober, entscheidet die Thüringer Landesregierung ob sie am 16.10.der geplanten Asylrechtsverschärfung im Bundesrat zustimmt.

Das neue Asylgesetz bedeutet u.a.:

- mehr Isolation durch längere zentralisierte Unterbringung in den Erstaufnahmestellen (bis 6 Monate)
- wieder mehr Sachleistungen statt Geldzahlungen
- mehr und schnellere Abschiebungen ohne Ankündigung
- mehr sogenannte sichere Drittstaaten
- Sonderlager und -regelungen für Geflüchtete aus angeblich sicheren Drittstaaten, die eine massive Einschränkung ihrer Rechte bedeuten

Stop the tightening of the asylum law! Oct., 13, 10 AM, Staatskanzlei, Erfurt

On tuesday, Oct. 13 the thuringian state government will decide weather or not they will endorse the thightening of the asylum law that will be consulted in the Bundesrat on Oct. 16.

The new asylum law will bring:

* more isolation through longer centralized accomodation in Lager

* Reintroducing of the voucher system for social benefits instead of money

* more and faster evictions without prior notice

* more so-called safe third countries

In Eritra we don't have economical problems, we have political problems. We need our acceptance fast because we want to go to school and get work. For all this we have no permission because we have no decision from the Bundesamt. So our main demand is to be accepted as political refugees.
