Mohammad Al Zoubi from Syria is under deportation threat - I am not safe in Germany

The execution of my deportation is in limbo, I am not safe in Germany
My deportation notification by foreigners' authority was supposed to be executed on 15th July 2015.

I did not commit any crime to harm anyone and I do not accept the crimes of deportation to Spain by the German police! Since I received the notice I have been searching for political support and trying to appeal against the deportation. I am seeking for an alternative housing to the refugee camp in Gerstungen to guarantee my safety. But I have not succeeded.

The German Judiciaries and administrative authorities work to protect police system, its brutality, its crimes, its abuses and its power of political repression against the refugee community.

How the legal system works here in Germany could be observed once again yesterday for one more time – it is not about justice but moreover to protect especially police its brutality while executing racist laws and duty. For this reason the courts even join in to criminalize in an institutionalized fashion.

We call for your public support and critical solidarity for our friend and activist Farooq Khan in Ellwangen court with his appeal against the Local Courts condemnatory sentence for “assault” of a biting police dog.

We, the activists of the Refugee Initiative Schwäbisch Gmünd in alliance with the Nation-wide Caravan for the rights of refugees and migrants are calling in solidarity with Farooq Khan who is persecuted on his protest against police brutality.
We are demanding that the Judiciary court drop all faked up charges against our fellow activist who has been bitten by a police dog and is now facing the courts for “assault” while he was just defending himself from even more bite injuries

It all started when we Refugees demanded that a CCTV-camera that was installed in the front of the isolation lager should be remove because it made us feel even more like living in a prison here in Germany.

Since March 2014 refugees from the camp in Schwabisch Gmund Baden Württemberg/Germany demanded the breakdown of newly installed CCTV camera in front of the entrance of the barrack blocks.

DEPORTATION WARNING FOR BLACK AFRICANS !!!

Assumed Gambian Refugees are bein summoned to appear before a delegation on 10 to 11 of June in Ludwigsburg.

The mission of such delegation is only to identify the affected persons by physical appearance or accent and therafter issue deportation certificates to facilitate deportation to Gambia.

Be aware that many refugees will be picked up by police without notice.

A non-white (=non-German?) person is controlled inside a local train heading to Meiningen in one of the deepest corners of Thuringia /Germany by Federal Police officers – just like “that”…with no reason given. The subsequent question for their intention did also led to no reasonable explanation: “This is our job and the law gives us the unconditional right to control you…” was the cheap and preventatively downplaying answer of these executive officers as to camouflage their motivation in question.
