In solidarity with our comrade and friend of Arash D.

Arash D. has been imprisoned for over a month – for moving freely and “inciting” others to do the same.

Arash has been central to the refugee protests across Germany which began in 2012. Since the march from Würzburg to Berlin and the hunger strike at the Brandenburg Gate in 2012, we’ve seen him as a committed No Border activist. Now he was in jail because of the hunger strike at Rindermarkt in Munich (2013), where he fought for the right to stay and freedom of movement.

Come to the rally on the 10th of February 2015 from 14.00 till 16.00 clock at the immigration authorities offfice in Erfurt (Mayor-Wagner-Straße 1).

There is another deportation pending as a part of the Roma Families of Memedovich could be deported to Macedonia. We will not accept it! We do not take out the doubts that Memedovichs could to be taken out of their home, where the family may not be together and will be forced to go back to unacceptable circumstances. It is not acceptable that people are being deported quietly from the State and shall have no right to independent living. People must have the right to be able to choose where they live!

Refugee Activists from Schwäbisch Gmünd stand to denounce any law that undermines their natural human rights as human beings

The so called Residenzpflicht Law – or better the German Apartheid Law – that is said to be abolished since last year still exists in this Democratic State of Law in Germany and still is executed.
This law that postulates ristrictions to the right of free movement of refugees is a racist law and we highly denounce it.

Pressemitteilung: Aktivist des Refugee Struggle for Freedom in U-Haft

Usman G., Aktivist des Refugee Struggle for Freedom, sitzt aufgrund des rassistischen Residenzpflichtgesetzes in Untersuchungshaft in der JVA Stadelheim. Am Mittwochabend (21.01.2015), kurz nachdem am Münchner Stachus das Protestzelt von Refugee Struggle for Freedom aufgeschlagen wurde, geriet Usman in eine rassistische Polizeikontrolle am Hauptbahnhof. Daraufhin wurde er festgenommen: Gegen ihn besteht ein Haftbefehl aufgrund von „wiederholten Verstößen gegen die Residenzpflicht“.
