15000 people took the streets of Hamburg this saturday to demand a right to stay for the “Lampedusa group”, about 300 refugees from Africa who came to Hamburg via the Italian island of Lampedusa.
WE ARE HERE' is a group of refugees without papers, that wants to make the problems of the unseen visible. 'We Are Here' moved from the tent camp at Notweg to the Vluchtkerk, then to the Vluchtflat in Slotervaart.
Since the 3rd of October 'we are here' @ the #Vluchtkantoor, in the heart of Amsterdam.
Since November 2012 the struggle for the freedom of movement and for human living conditions of refugees, sans papiers, non-citizens and people with a transnational background in amsterdam and elsewhere continues.
We are Syrians arrived in Italy after a shipwreck. Now we are blocked in Milan with a lot of other Syrians because when we try to go to other countries the police block us at the border of Italy or of Austria.

Persistent juridical persecution of human rights activists and their protest inside and outside the Nigerian embassy on October 15th 2012 – political motivation shall be ignored.
On Tuesday, October 22nd 2013 and Wednesday 23rd 2013 further trials against an activists involved in the protests inside the Nigerian embassy on October 15th 2012 will going to take place. Azhin Assadi and Augustine Onyema Nnaji (Austine) are accused for “trespassing” within the Nigerian embassy by the Public Prosecution Office of Berlin.
Based on the failure of the Nigerian Government under the leadership of President Goodluck Jonathan to protect its citizens home and abroad Nigerian and non-Nigerian refugees, migrants and activists in Germany have decided to continue a movement that will bring a total stop to any form of colonial injustice and further persecution of refugees and Nigerian citizens worldwide.
